The inaugural International Leaders Summit policy event bringing together business, government and media leaders from America and Europe took place on the European continent in November 2004. The policy event focused on strengthening the transatlantic partnership, advancing a free trade agreement, promoting principled policy ideas and addressing economic and judicial reforms in the Eastern Europe.
Today, the International Leaders Summit engages elected officials from both sides of the Atlantic joined by policymakers, business and media leaders to address the 21st century challenges including the Russia-Ukraine conflict and the region's long-term security concerns, creating energy independence, jump-starting the strategic endeavor of a fair and reciprocal free trade agreement between America and sovereign EU nations, and addressing cyber security attacks and theft of intellectual property by countries including China.
The discussions on technology and AI are at the forefront in order to mitigate AI risks and harness AI opportunities for the future. The International Leaders Summit is dedicated to contribute to creating a framework for the ethical and responsible development of AI and to support technological advances which take into consideration societal concerns and the overall efforts to sustain economic growth.
One key strategic area is to ensure that free enterprise flourishes in America and Europe with policy initiatives that reduce burdensome regulation for small and medium size enterprises.
According to published reports, there are 33.2 million small businesses in America, which combined account for 99.9% of all U.S. businesses.

The event's strategic partners including the 1000,000 strong Indian American physicians' organization AAPI, TiE Washington, DC (The Indus Entrepreneurs) and Biocon, a leading bio-tech based on Bangalore, India.
The strategic discussions focused on advancing a bold US-India free trade agreement based and building a level-playing field for entrepreneurs and specifically small and medium-size enterprises.
Since 2014, the International Leaders Summit has hosted US-India related events in Washington, DC, New Delhi and Bangalore.

The independent think tank works closely with elected leaders and reformers in Western Europe and the United States — stakeholder nations which have invested billions of taxpayer dollars into the Balkans to elevate the significance of accountability and transparency in nations receiving aid.
Successful reformers including Mart Laar, former prime minister of Estonia, Ivan Miklos, former finance minister of Slovakia, Monica Macovei, former justice minister of Romania, Alvin Rabushka, then-senior fellow of the Hoover Institution and former adviser to President Reagan and Maurice McTigue, QSO, former member of New Zealand's cabinet serving in seven top posts joined the Adriatic Institute's leadership ranks to provide reform ideas to government officials in Eastern Europe.
The Adriatic Institute hosts strategic briefings in Brussels, London and Washington, DC, on the unfinished work within Eastern Europe since the fall of the Berlin Wall and to ensure that Western taxpayer aid and other foundational support is tied to verifiable reforms.
The recent Russia-Ukraine conflict and the Balkan conflicts of the 1990s are reminders that without the establishment of the rule of law and independent judiciaries, treasuries in Eastern Europe's lax law nations will continue to lose billions of dollars and remain an economic and security threat to the West.

Over the past few decades, polling data from within the United States reveal waning support for Israel and the rise of anti-Semitism and the Boycott Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement targeting the Jewish state of Israel.
In a University of Maryland study covering the United States, the findings revealed that 33 percent of Democratic voters support BDS and only ten percent of Democrats oppose the BDS movement. Some 10% of Republican voters support the BDS scheme.
In another published report, the once strong conservative movement's support for Israel within the youth has dropped drastically. According to published reports: "The rate of support for the State of Israel among Evangelicals between the ages of 18 and 29 has declined by more than half between 2018 and 2021 – from 69% to 33.6%."
